At SHE Plays Strong, our mission is to reduce the risk of ACL injuries in female soccer players with education, assessment and training sessions.

A NON-PROFIT SHE Plays Strong is a movement powered by women, inspiring female athletes to know their bodies, protect their potential, and PLAY STRONG for life!
Our Team
Our team is made up of Doctors of Physical Therapy with Orthopedic Clinical Specialization along with Experienced Professional trainers, Sports Psychologist, Professors and other professionals together who are building a community that PLAYS STRONG for life.
Our Partners
At SHE Plays Strong, we are partnering with IMPACT Physical Therapy and Coerver AZ to create personalized athlete assessments, programs, training sessions and parent education. Through assessment/training, we empower athletes to understand their bodies and prevent injuries before they occur.
