Our Goal

ACL injuries are sidelining too many female soccer players!  Let's take charge...

We provide resources for female players and their parents to better understand ACL injuries and prevention strategies. From personal risk assessments to informative articles to instructional videos, our goal is to keep everyone informed.

250,000 ACL Tears per year 

70%  are non contact

Females are 4-8 times higher risk of ACL tear 

Only 55% of athletes return to competitive sports

Cost 10k-40k  with months of PT and 8-12 mos of missed season

Female ACL Prevention

At SHE Plays Strong, we offer a PT and Soccer assessment designed specifically for female soccer players.  We focus on understanding the mechanics of movement and how to reduce the risk of ACL injuries.  Athletes will learn valuable skills to enhance their performance while prioritizing their safety.
